Shipping policy

We ship by courier (Fedex and DHL) to all countries in the world. Deliveries typically take from 3-4 days to Asian countries and slightly longer to the North America, United Kingdom, Europe and the rest of the world.

FREE SHIPPING

New Zealand: orders over $80 NZD, shipping is free.
Australia: orders over $100 AUD, shipping is free. Otherwise $20 AUD.
USA, Asia, Mexico & Canada: orders over $120 USD, shipping is free.
United Kingdom: orders over £100, shipping is free. Otherwise £20.
Ireland and Europe (Zone 5): orders over $150 USD, shipping is free.
Middle East: orders over $250 USD, shipping is free.
Puerto Rico, Guam, US military & overseas territories, Europe (other zones): orders over $250 USD, shipping is free
Rest of the world: orders over $350 USD, shipping is free.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

US orders under $800 usually incur no further charges and your order should be quickly delivered straight to the door.

Orders to the United Kingdom (over £135), Ireland and Europe (over €150) may incur a VAT charge of around 21% on average, payable upon arrival.

DHL and Fedex may charge a customs processing fee in some non-US countries. In Europe and Great Britain this can be up to £25 (€30), in other places less or free.

Though shipping is free, all taxes and duties (if any) remain the responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer refunds on parcels that remain unclaimed due to unpaid duties or taxes.
